Hasn’t worked for months no matter if I tare it, reset it, disconnect and connect it again, it can never “read both my feet”. My last successful reading was in February 2024. It’s now April 2024. So much for getting my weight over time. Customer service is unresponsive. It’s all just very disappointing. It hasn’t “un-intrusively” taken my weight for longer than that. The last several months of readings have been manual. And now that didn’t even work. Very upsetting.

CS is completely unresponsive it’s unnacceptable.

Product arrived after 18 months waiting. Weight measures vary by 35 lbs, and it thinks I only weigh 50-85 lbs (LOL). Will not connect to wifi and will not update firmware. Their support info is buried deep in their website and they don’t respond to support requests.

App did work at first install, but began to constantly crash afterwards. Now after several reinstalls, app will not log into Apple at all. Making the scale useless. Loved the product and idea otherwise when it worked.

Any tips on upgrading the firmware to 1.04?

**Developer response:** Hello, 

We're sorry to hear that you have problems upgrading to the latest firmware version.

As the update is done through WiFi, the first thing to do is to check if your mat is well connected to your WiFi router.
You can restart the WiFi setup flow anytime from Settings —> My device —> WiFi network.

If you still encounter issues, it is often due to the instability of the WiFi connexion. Then, I would advise you to press the "RESET" button (present on the bottom of Settings -> My Device screen) before trying an update. It will recalibrate the connectivity chip inside your BBalance and help stabilize the connexion.
