비비비(BBB)코리아는 문화체육관광부 등록 비영리 사단법인으로 총 19개 외국어에 능통한 4,500여 명의 지식인 자원봉사자들과 함께 언어/문화 장벽을 없애는 bbb운동을 전개하고 있습니다.
또한 문화교류 확대와 전세계인의 소통을 위한 다양한 온/오프라인 연계 캠페인을 통해 전 국민이 참여하는 재능나눔 운동으로 발돋움하고 있습니다. 

bbb통역서비스는 bbb 봉사자들이 자신의 휴대전화를 통해 내외국인의 언어소통을 도와주는 통역 봉사 서비스입니다. 언제 어디든 도움이 필요할 때 bbb에 전화하면 자원봉사자의 휴대전화로 직접 연결되어 즉각적인 통역 도움을 받을 수 있습니다. 

bbb는 기본통화료 외에 이용비용이 전혀 없는 공익 서비스이며 365일 24시간 사용 가능합니다. 


BBB Korea is a non-profit organization funded by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. 
BBB provides interpretation service in 19 different languages with 4,500 intellectual volunteers to overcome the language culture barrier. Also, through the online/offline campaigns for expansion in culture exchange, all kinds of citizens are participating in knowledge sharing for the people all over the world to communicate.

bbb interpretation service is a system that bbb volunteers help foreigners in communicating through their mobile phone. The service is available anywhere anytime if a call is made to bbb, then it will be connected to volunteer directly for translation. 

bbb is a public service with no additional charge in service usage except the basic toll. It is available 24hours 7 days.

기능소개

bbb 통역 애플리케이션은 1588-5644를 통한 ARS 안내 없이 언어선택 후 봉사자에게 바로 연결되는 편리한 기능을 제공합니다. 한번 사용한 서비스 언어는 자동 저장되어 이후 서비스 사용 시 앱 실행을 하지 않고도 bbb 통역 서비스를 간편하게 이용할 수 있습니다. 

bbb application provides simple way of using bbb service. Instead of calling 1588-5644 and without ARS announcement, the phone call can be directly connected to the volunteers by choosing a language through the application. The language that has been used once is automatically saved, so for the after usage the interpretation service with same language can be provided without using the application.

In addition to the actual service, bbb application provides 'Incheon Airport Hotline'. When faced with language difficulties in Incheon Airport, use the ‘Incheon Airport Hotline' to connect with the bbb volunteers service.

1330 recommended this app, and we downloaded to try it right away. As soon as I submit the request it either stalls / freezes or disconnects. It also does not allow attachments like images etc. If it worked it would be a game changer, so I hope it gets fixed soon.

I am living in Korea since I was born. Whenever I had seen foreigners coming to me, I was hurry to evade them away. However, The thing has been doing 180' since I knew this app.
For overcoming the wall of language, This is what we need to install in our phone.
