U have not given option in help to inform our grievances except to identify Ur options, some times Ut organisation is not understanding our grievances. For example to day total delivery of milk is not received, there is no option to inform, but there is one option to identify i.e., ALL/FEW Product is not delivered, when I identified it, no correct information is provided, but Ur organisation has stated that, refund is made for one product, and not informed about supply of products. I took their subscription for daily milk and their delivery guy kept marking as delivered without actually delivering and when i reached to their customer helpdeak again and again for refund they declined . ### 1/5 — Issue with the app *2024-02-10, version 6.3.2* Multiple times I noticed that my daily subscription are not paused when I did them. I thought it might be a mistake from my end and ignored. However, day before yesterday I paused the subscription for two days. Yesterday multiple times I checked for confirmation of pausing the subscription today (it was showing as paused and asking me to resume pausing whenever I checked) but today products were delivered. Customer support did not help as according to them it was paused for one day only instead of two days. They are not even ready to consider the possibility of bug in the app. Worst service. Note: they have asked me to check for the pause notification that I have received from them but there is no such notification I have received from them for any of the dates ### 5/5 — Superb and easy *2024-02-02* Easy to order or refund . Service is excellent **Developer response:** We cherish having such positivity and support from our customers. ### 1/5 — Poor customer service, frequent operational and technical issues *2023-11-26, version 6.2.7* I have a subscription for milk and frequently I face an issue where either the complete or partial order is not delivered and every time I receive a standard response from customer support that there was an operational issue and it will be escalated. However, nothing is fixed and these issues keep on happening. Also, I was told by customer service that my account is not registered which is funny considering the fact that I have a subscription from my account which turned out to be a technical issue at their end. The customer service is not at all interested in understanding the customer’s issue and resolving it. They just always provide standard response and close the chat without even asking the customer if the query is resolved or not. Overall really bad experience with bbdaily so far. ### 1/5 — Worst and horrible delivery system and customer service *2023-10-14, version 6.2.7* It was the worst decision of my life to add the amount in the bbdaily wallet. Every other morning i have to ask to customer care for refund for that days delivery. When i ask them to close the account and transfer the wallet amount to orig account they say you will get a confirmation call sometime in 2 days. Which you dont receive and automatically the request gets cancelled. 50% of the times they mark the product delivered but its not. That means every other delivery i have to go ask them for refund and then go out and buy milk. I’d rather just go out and buy. Instead of going through so much pain. This is the most horrible and disgusting app i have ever come through. And i used country delight as well. They have a plan. The deliveries were on time. They take a pic of delivery. Bbdaily you disgust me. ### 1/5 — Wrong items every time *2023-10-02, version 6.2.7* We have been using this app on behest of a customer service executive who came upto the door and insisted to install and use the app services. Except for the first time, every order either has missing items or wrong items with quantity lesser than ordered and hence i end up paying more. The app services are utter waste , need help section is not helpful at all, i have been waiting for it ti open from past 1hour, it is still loading. I recharged my wallet now i m regretting, once the wallet money is exhausted i m uninstalling it. Before serving people hire some staff with common sesnse who can understand what is being ordered and prepare it accordingly. And also a good IT team to look after the app, which is at present total crap when it comes to accessing help. The person who requested to install app and assured will be available for any help is disconnecting my calls.
