Earlier there were bbinstant machine in my society and later they removed it, so I couldn't use it. When I checked my wallet recently it is showing zero balance. When I complaint to customer service they replied that it will be reflected in wallet within 24 hours and get expired in 1 month. Though it is not reflecting in my wallet and I want to know why it will get expired after 1 month?Being a Tata group, it is not expected to steal money from your customer's account. Not expected by TATA *2025-04-04* I had an unpleasant experience using Big Basket Instant. While purchasing a Rs. 20 chips packet, I was required to maintain a minimum wallet balance of Rs. 100. After topping up and completing the purchase, I tried buying another item, only to find the minimum balance had expired (Rs 80). To proceed, I had to add more money to the wallet, which “coincidentally”cannot be transferred if unused. Additionally, there are no items worth exactly Rs. 100 or close to it, forcing customers to spend more money unnecessarily. And why isn’t there a ADD TO CART ?? Had there been a CART, we could add more than 1 item and proceed to buy. This feels like a manipulative tactic to extract more money from users, especially since the wallet balance remains locked. It’s disappointing to see such practices from a platform owned by TATA, which is known for its ethical standards. As a regular user, i made a transaction of 15rs and realised the door isn’t getting locked. I called them and reported about this issue also making them aware that there are products inside it which can easily be taken by anybody without paying.
