Dear developers kindly look into the reason behind the app failing to start. I have to start & close the app several times until if am too lucky it will start and give the credentials page; otherwise most of the time it goes to blank blue screen only. This is very frustrating.!!!

The app can’t be used while developer mode is active in the name of “security”, meanwhile account passwords are 8 numerical digits. Is this a joke?

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback and we will raise your comments to the concerned department. The Dual-Factor Authentication is not available for the new application as the OTP method is used for logging in and setting the device. It is also implemented for other transactions and processes such as approving the beneficiaries and conducting transfers.
