Nothing special about that app
Even if you took a virtual ticket , your  ticket will get delayed too much

I took normal ticket when i reach the branch ,  and its only 1 number different between my ticket and virtual ticket

Last time I checked this app,  it wasn’t working as expected.  It did not give me any priority.

However, I noticed now that there is huge improvement and in fact was very useful to get serviced quicker than walk-in customers.

I also loved the feature that shows you which branches have less number of people.  This makes me decide which branch to choice.
