I want to emphasize that your application needs a major update. It's crucial to inform users that if their SIM card account balance is written minus, they should settle the outstanding amount before subscribing to SME bundles. This important message is currently missing, and it's unacceptable that users are being misled.

Why isn't this critical information clearly displayed in your app? Users are being allowed to subscribe without knowing their subscription won't be processed if they have an outstanding balance in there SIM cards. This is poor customer service.

Please update your app to reflect this crucial information to avoid future complaints.
