Is this a joke? ### 1/5 — Bad App *2023-05-30* A bank like BBK should really consider developing state of the art app that will allow you to win more customers, the app doesn’t function correctly and when I called customer care, they are aware which shocked me that nothing is being done about it and asked to visit a branch… seriously BBK. Are you aware of how many customers you’re loosing because of this!!!!
