using ios 16.6 and updated version of BBL astha app is installed but can not login. After providing id an password when pressing the login button nothing happens. But I’m getting notifications from my email that “Customer Login Successful”. Pleases solve this.

I registered for an account through the app, but after the registration, the app is not allowing me to log in. The “log in” button seems unresponsive.

I have completed KYC verification. Couldn’t fill up profile page as the type in box couldn’t be selected. There is no option to contact support. App design can be better. 

Great initiative though…

Please solve these matters.

Facing an issue during KyC verification. Since my original nid is lost and i am waiting for my smart card, i tried verification using the photocopy of my NID. The verification worked but during photo taking it is showing operation error. Rest of the functions are working really great.
