Полное отсутствие связи

Сделали заказ через приложение,указали ко времени 18:00,в 17:20 мне пишут и спрашивают когда я заберу заказ,как выясняется заказ был уже готов в 13:30,естественно я был возмущен данным фактом,если у вас есть сбои в приложении,в чем проблема после поступления заказа звонить клиенту и уточнять данные по заказу или чинить приложение?!В итоге со мной связались в 17:20 сказали что заказ будет ПРИГОТОВЛЕН К 18:00,но заказ был просто разогрет!Получается заказ 4,5 часа просто стоял готовый,чините своё конченое приложение или же свой балабольский сервис!

Не возможно правильно внести адрес. Номер дома не вводится через /.
При регистрации - ошибка. Так и не получилось заказать
