Across 10 bank accounts this is the worst, pay 12 euros a month for random errors when attempting transfers. Garbage app, worse bank.

Pesimo. Ahora piden colocar una clave en el campo código email.
Pero yo ya tenía configurado todo y estaba haciendo transferencias muy fácilmente. La han vuelto a enredar . No entiendo qué es lo que quieren hacer y no le compliques la vida a los clientes. Explíqueme qué es lo que quieren hacer y qué es lo que quieren que yo haga. Cada vez que hacen cambios tengo que ir a la agencia a que me digan cómo hacer y no tengo el tiempo para hacerlo. 
Sé que lo hacen por seguridad pero por favor paren de hacer cambios paren de hacer cambios no maltraten a los clientes

We are at the end of 2024 and BBVA’s app still lives in 1995. From the overall design, which is absolutely terrible, the worst and most dated design I’ve seen in years, to how it works. Everything is painful and slow, nothing is clear, can’t find anything I need… and their fees are a complete joke. Honestly, I don’t understand how a big bank can present itself like this in 2024. I’d rate this app negative stars if I could.
