How do I do this?! i Have the free version! ### 4/5 — Nail tech and side job! *2026-07-19, version 1.5.7* This app is super good and evenly spread with free and payed for options! However, as a girly just starting out, I have another job. I am only able to book clients in week of after I get my work schedule and i wish that was an option! Also because im only able before or after work to take clients. so one monday im open 5am-4pm and the next monday its 4pm- 8pm! Hoping this will be fixed!💝 ### 4/5 — Pretty awesome can’t lie *2026-07-06, version 1.5.7* I’ve been using this app for the past 6 months or so, with 15+ appointments a week and it’s been great. Here are some bugs/glitches/improvements I’ve noticed: - App (can sometimes) close when checking out using quick pay (best to copy link or use tap to pay). - There is no option for gap times between appointments which makes it hard to take breaks. - You can’t add any add-ons to previously created appointments (this one is frustrating) Payment transfers are a breeze so far and I’ve only had one problem where Bby glitched and tried to charge a client 3x but luckily it didn’t clear. These may seem like a major problems but they’re able to be worked around. This would be a TOP tier app if these things were fixed though. ### 4/5 — ⭐️ *2026-04-06, version 1.5.7* I love this app it’s so easy to use and makes client booking easier. The only thing is I wish they come out with a card reader soon so I can use my iPad at check out! ### 3/5 — Good-ish? *2026-01-27, version 1.5.2* I really liked this booking app… at first. Over time the app started having really bad bugs, confusing both me and my client base. I hope these improve. I had to reach out to the team several times, and some of those times they left me out to dry. From not being able to "fetch client details" to make appointments for a client, clients not being able to view their appointments, and even clients getting charged before their appointment due to a testing feature I was not aware about. However, my problem is that it doesn’t notify the client when the appt is accepted. I basically been working for free because im not able to receive my payout. I have been trying to get in contact with support for 2 days no response! My clients are no longer allowed to see my services. My business hours they’re not allowed to press book. I’m not sure if my account was suspended or disabled. I wasn’t notified about anything. I take care of my family off this business so for me to not be notified if my account was suspended or disabled and really frustrates me. I have tried emailing support and I have gotten no response. My hair page just randomly stopped working and I had received a booking earlier today and out of nowhere a client text me and said they were unable to book so I’m not sure what’s up with that. ### 1/5 — Don’t trust them with your money!! *2026-07-02, version 1.5.7* I was told my funds would be released this upcoming month, checked my stripe account and they “refunded” the money but it’s been weeks and none of my clients received a refund. Contacted stripe and they told me BBY sent the money to themselves. Also Morgan Molyneaux blocked me from emailing her, support email is all ghost. ### 1/5 — No Customer service/Payment method will stop working *2026-02-18, version 1.5.4* The app was working perfectly fine for me at first and then about a month later when clients would book and pay they’re deposits the money would no longer transfer to my account.the money has just been sitting and growing there’s no way to get help or any information on what to do if this happens,you will be out money and it will just sit there. ### 2/5 — No customer service/Help Support *2026-07-31, version 1.5.7* The apps AI help does not work, says “Sorry, having trouble connecting please try again soon”, it’s been saying that since I started using this app. I’ve sent two emails to support, with no response. I absolutely would not upgrade & pay for this app (I was going to) due to the lack of customer service or being able to reach out to anyone. Really disappointed because I was liking this app. ### 2/5 — Not the best *2026-01-25, version 1.5.1* It worked at first. Then overall started having a lot of bugs. It was good until I couldn’t make appointments for clients, edit my policy’s. Etc ### 2/5 — Not long term *2025-12-04, version 1.4.12* Trying it out it was ok at first. However while setting up I ran into lots of bugs. These bugs still continue today. For example: being unable to load a photo into the portfolio, pages not updating/syncing on different devices and software. Etc… this app has too many bugs to make this a long term solution. My only issue is that every time I go to add text credits the app takes my money but doesn’t give me the credits . This has happened twice now and I cannot receive my deposits , it just refunds them back to the app . I started off trying to use another booking platform and the website process was a little hectic but BBY made it soo simple which i love! Everything is guided and very user friendly. My only feedback would be rebooking services! It would be a great help and a bit quicker if i could rebook a client at the end of the service without having to repeat the initial booking process. Like a rebook button for the same service and client just for a future appointment! I have yet to see a more perfectly-catered system for business owners and employees in the beauty industry in my life. Truly remarkable. ### 5/5 — A Lifesaver! *2025-12-23, version 1.4.12* Just to start off, i’m a beginner nail tech. So I don’t have money rolling in to pay for booking site subscriptions. So when I found BBY, I was so relieved! This app provides you with everything you need and more! From full portfolio customization, to tap to pay, among other things. I only have two problems. 1. There is a bug that doesn’t let me reorder my services, i’ll try to reorder them but they’ll just go back into place. 2. When customers fill out their booking form, they can only respond with text, multiple choice, or yes/no. It would be amazing if customers could respond with pictures!
