I find it disturbing that you pay for internet while in a different country and can’t even activate the service. Gonna stick to my Revolut eSIM, though more expensive, it works. Refund? I followed their advice and bought the sim the day of the flight. It took hours for the eSIM to be processed but it came. The IP was geolocated in the UK so there were some location issues but it was fine.
