Always having a hard time opening up the ID page. Have to restart it multiple times. It’s a hassle to always put it in even when you selected save username password. How can an app be needed for campus and not work? ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Worst CUNY app in the system *2026-01-28, version 8.2* Just based off of screenshots and reviews, this has to be the worst CUNY accessory app ever created. Outdated doesn’t even begin to explain the flaws and terrible UI experience that someone somehow managed to create. I’m a Transfer Student and my previous schools mobile app blows this one out of the water. This app is super buggy the digital ID sucks. There’s a little no useful information on the app coupled with a horrible UI. This app is straight up trash, embarrassing that the CUNY system and specifically BC has created and maintained something so disorganized and dysfunctional. I’m sure somehow CUNY bureaucracy bloat and poor internal management have lead to this app being essentially useless. In a more broader context this seems to be a CUNY funding problem in some paradoxical way it almost feels like CUNY’s are direct extension of poorly run NYC public high schools. ### 1/5 — Too many bugs *2023-09-11, version 7.2* For Brooklyn college to move forward digitally there needs to be an efficient app to simply just get on and show your student ID which is required to enter campus. Every time I open the app it gives me a constant error message without an option to login again. Before I had to wait for the loading wheel by the 4G/LTE symbol to stop loading completely, otherwise it wouldn't open my ID, now it work a little bit faster and I still have to wait for the wheel, but only until the logout becomes bold, even if the wheel is still spinning!! I couldn’t access my ID at all to get on campus but thank goodness Cleared4Pass was available. Anyways, I deleted the app and downloaded it again and now it shows my ID and green key. Go to app settings and turn off auto sign in and turn off cellular data connection. Open the app without cellular data and it will cause it to reset.
