## What is BC OSP?

With this App, our customer’s authorized field employees have access to their dynamically updated schedule and can send information about the status of their field tasks back to the service planning system in real time.
Features:
-	User-friendly experience with a simple and intuitive interface 
-	Visualization of shift stops and task details for current shift 
-	Support for task execution (e.g. recording of realization times)
-	Two-way (real-time) communication with the planning system 
-	Integration with third-party map apps for turn-by-turn navigation directions
-	Automatic and manual data sync
-	Local storage to facilitate working with the app in offline mode
-	The app is securely connected to ORTEC Service Planning and the app content is password-secured
