## What is BC+ Sherpa?

Be a Better Chinese+ Sherpa
Everyone learns differently. Being a pioneer in the Mandarin learning space since 1998, we are creating the best hybrid model for students, teachers, and schools. Together with proven pedagogy, tested curricula, patented tech, just the right amount of AI and 爱, we have created BC+, a flexible learning paradigm for students to learn and USE the Mandarin language.

Requirements:
-    High proficiency in Mandarin. You must have a relevant educational background.
-    University Degree. 
-    Legal to work. Please comply with your own country's laws regarding working as a freelance tutor for a US-based company.
-    Teaching Experience*. 
-    Basic proficiency in English/Spanish.
