## What is BC4 PBX H3?

BC4 PBX H3 propojí váš iPhone s firemní telefonní ústřednou pro pracovní komunikaci.

• Volejte a přijímejte hlasové hovory pomocí firemního účtu.
• Zahajujte videohovory a připojujte se ke konferencím.
• Najděte kolegy ve firemním adresáři a prohlížejte poslední hovory.
• Používejte číselník, ztlumení mikrofonu, hlasitý odposlech, přidržení a přepojení hovoru.
• Vyměňujte si s kolegy textové zprávy.
• Dostávejte oznámení o příchozích hovorech a zprávách pomocí push doručování.
• Volitelně používejte kontakty z telefonu k vyhledání lidí a volání.

Přihlaste se adresou serveru ústředny a účtem, které vám poskytne správce vaší firmy. Volání, směrování, konference a přístup ke kolegům závisejí na nastavení firemní ústředny. Je nutné připojení k internetu.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 26.10.8 — 2026-10-29

• Colleagues without an extension now appear in contacts and can be called, transferred to and called back.
• PBX colleagues show their PBX name everywhere.
• New person screen: call and video at the top, call and message history loads as you scroll.
• Phone contacts and external numbers have their own card with numbers and call history.
• Landscape calls: call controls sit beside the video and are all reachable.
• Incoming outside calls show the number the caller dialled.
• Message previews are at most two lines; the character counter appears only near the limit.
• Calling yourself no longer counts as a missed call.
• After sending a problem report, you see its number.

### 26.10.6 — 2026-10-27

• More reliable connection: when the network drops, the app shows at once that it is waiting for a connection and reconnects by itself when the network returns. Try now reconnects immediately. Works with a VPN on too.
• A short network loss only pauses a call, which then continues, also with the screen locked.
• Your availability is always shown at the top; Offline appears only without a network, otherwise Connecting.
• A signal icon shows each call participant's connection quality.
• A colleague's availability shows at once in a conversation and in Messages.
• A missed call is marked as seen only once you actually look at Recents.
• Dates and times in lists follow the device calendar and no longer change with the connection; lists no longer jump when the connection recovers.
• The account and encryption line in a call stays in one place under the caller's name.
• You can sign out from the update-required screen.
