As well as book collections or request delivery for your purchased vehicles. This app and BCA are acting in a criminal manner and I will be taking action ### 2/5 — Frustrating *2026-08-05* A very frustrating app that is constantly logging you out, the audio and video feeds in the live sales is usually terrible on both WiFi and 5G I don’t know how many cars I’ve missed because the app is so poor and clunky. Take a leaf from the other auction houses and get BCA up to speed after all it’s supposed to be a premium service and it most certainly charges premium prices. ### 1/5 — Signed out again *2026-07-13* Please fix the issue where the app the signs out every day then crashes when trying to sign back in. I have missed a couple of vehicles recently because couldn’t access the auction after receiving notification 10 lots of away because I had to sign back in 🤬 ### 1/5 — Sign out issue *2026-07-04, version 3.4.29* Keeps signing out automatically , more consistent than ever great feature ### 1/5 — Why is it logging me out CONSTANTLY *2026-07-01* Having to log in on the website every time I open the app is incredibly frustrating - especially when at least half the time it then says 'something went wrong' and sometimes it only works on the 2nd or 3rd attempt. It was fine before the update.
