Take a leaf from the other auction houses and get BCA up to speed after all it’s supposed to be a premium service and it most certainly charges premium prices. ### 1/5 — Awful *2025-09-21, version 3.4.14* I don’t want to give my driving licence details and all my personal information just to browse cars on the app. Stupid ### 1/5 — Login problem *2025-07-24, version 3.4.12* I can login on the site but on this app it doesn’t let me ### 1/5 — Cannot load auctions *2025-05-28* Keep getting promoted for face id or login screen when trying to access an auction. It was fine before the update. Great for car buyers ‘ on the go ‘ & a must when attending the auction in person. Being able to track the cars we are interested in then to be able to pull up the condition reports and assured reports quickly whilst at auction greatly reduces our risk and saves time. We tend to make use of the notes so we can value the car with other industry tools and annotate them next to the cars meaning we don’t overpay / overbid. Having the alert 10 cars before it’s due through means we can also focus on other business without missing the cars we are interested in. In all the app has meant we’ve been able to manage our business with BCA much better and helped us properly organise our bidding diary for the day.
