Please help ### 1/5 — No *2025-03-12* This app will not open ### 1/5 — Can’t log in *2024-10-08* I have tried for weeks to log into this app with my provided credentials and continue to get a message there is an error on your end. Help! ### 1/5 — App Failure *2024-08-22* The app doesn’t work most of the time. I joined the BCA and received my member number then tried to register and the app kept failing. The app couldn’t process the information or would call the information invalid followed by the IT knows about the issues. The league play is cool just to bad the app is a failure for the BCA. ### 1/5 — Communication error *2024-04-11* The app doesn’t work at all. I created my acct (yes I already have the Fargo app and I am on an active team). I can’t get past the username and password. Communication Error. One of my teammates tried to log on and it did the same thing to him (on both our phones). ### 1/5 — 🤬 *2023-02-11* 🤬🤬🤬 ### 2/5 — No way to view team progress unless you’re the one keeping score. *2024-08-13* As captain of my team, I want to be able to always view within the scoring app how players are doing and the team’s cumulative score, even if I’m not the one keeping score, without necessarily having to constantly pester the score keeper. The APA app has this feature/ability, and it is highly beneficial and helpful. In today’s technologically advanced society, this should be an easy update. Please make it happen!! ### 3/5 — 3 bugs *2026-07-29* We use the app for 10 ball but my bugs may apply to other games: 1. As well as tracking balls for each player it would be very beneficial to track dead balls (for example in 9 ball and 10 ball). The “Dead” button will fit nicely between the player buttons. 2. The names should be on the scoring page, not simply the team names. That way we don’t need to step back out to confirm we are scoring the proper players. 3. Stepping temporarily backwards out of the scoring page should not have the same effect as the Reset button! We should not need to push Done to avoid losing our scores if we back out of the scoring page. The scores should remain intact naturally if we jump out and back. ### 3/5 — New update resolves previous issue *2025-12-04* New update resolves previous issue. It would be useful to be able to review past games that my team participated in but I did not personally score. I don’t have any visibility of my teams historical matches when I wasn’t scoring that evening which gives me an incomplete view of our historical performance ### 3/5 — Make it live *2025-03-15* There are many good parts to this app. First, no paperwork. Second, the app updates fargo ratings right away. The biggest drawback is that the app isn’t live for all the teams to be able to enter scores. Only one person’s phone/tablet can keep score at a time. This means everyone needs your password to get in or you have one person who is hoarding the scoring and you have no idea how many balls you need to get the points for the round. The second is the rounds scrolling. I often find myself entering info into the wrong round. Having the rounds number be frozen on the page, instead of just at the top or bottom would be helpful. ## Most praised reviews (3 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Great App to cut the paperwork! *2024-06-06* I setup our 16 - 5 man team league and started with trial by fire in telling everyone that we were changing to the app on day one of new session. Took a little work, and there are a few people who still can’t access, but we successfully got it done and all teams had one person who entered and submitted the scores perfectly! The biggest feedback was we would like to see either a highlight on the name or some other indicator of who is breaking. It updated seamlessly to the LMS, so as the league operator I am one happy camper that I don’t have to manually enter the stats every week anymore! Thank You, Vernon Wall BCA League 1273 Spring, TX ### 4/5 — Who’s Rack Is It *2025-01-16* Please add the ability to track whose rack/break it is. ### 3/5 — Works, but the UI is poor *2023-02-01* The overall concept of the app is great, but the user interface to enter the scores is quite poor and prone to accidents when submitting scores. It could be made much more intuitive by tapping on each score box directly for each person to assign the score instead of tapping on a neutral button and then reconfirming which one is the breaker again. This would simplify things greatly. Also, when advancing from round to round, the list defaults to the bottom of the list each time which causes mistakes for earlier games being skipped over. It isn’t obvious at first that the list isn’t at the top as the list looks the same all around.
