Our mobile app helps our members to get the most out of their dental insurance plan and to achieve oral health and wellness. In this release, we have added the ability for our members to submit a claim at the snap of a photo and submit it for processing. In addition, you can store your digital insurance ID cards in your Apple Wallet. I am then directed to the website for account maintenance. I have to create a new password every time. Often the web page is down so I literally can’t use my insurance without calling and waiting on hold. It is frustrating to be stuck giving money to this company. BCBS should do something about this issue. I can’t believe that such a company would have an app like this one.
