Available only for members of specific health plans from BCBS Global Solutions. This app provides convenient access to licensed doctors around the world for remote consultations by phone or secure video. Telemedicine services are ideal for non-emergency health issues such as a cold, fever, rash, eye infection, orthopedic concern, back or joint pain or pediatric questions. You must “Create a Profile” after you download the app. You can schedule a video consultation or request a call back from a doctor through the app. Telemedicine consultations are complimentary with phone consultations available in several languages and video consultations available in English and Spanish. Requests for a call-back are typically responded to within 1 hour. Video consultations can often be scheduled same day. Medical guidance, possible diagnosis and treatment options are possible outcomes from remote consultations. Registration process is clumsy. ### 2/5 — Frustrating *2026-03-15, version 1.6.2* Even though this app is connected to BCBS you have to create a a new account rather than just have a direct sign in through BCBS. When I tried to copy my certificate number and paste it, it didn’t work. So I had to fund a paper and pen. The information that I had already entered didn’t save, so I had to restart making a new account. Then when I was emailed the link to activate my account it said “something went wrong.” I had to retry this 4 times. You’re much better off finding an English-speaking travel clinic. ### 2/5 — Lots of bugs *2025-10-19, version 1.6.1* Would be cool if this was simply an element of the Geo Blue app, rather than a separate app that you need to register for. The biggest bug I found is when signing up, I’d fill the first page of info out, then go to Page 2 where it asked for my Geo Blue number.
