The only thing you’ll get is a “Client code error” and then have your device blocked. What a terrible app. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2023-07-03, version 1.4* Made a video appointment but let getting an error message saying the video call was not available. I then got an email saying the appointment had been cancelled. When I submitted a complaint to customer service the email bounced back, saying the mailbox was full. ### 1/5 — Does not work *2023-05-18, version 1.4* The app collects all kinds of information and on the very last page throws an error “can’t be blank” when all the fields were completed. Went back and forth several times to triple-check, it would not submit the info to schedule the appointment. Very disappointing. ### 1/5 — Terrible! *2023-04-20, version 1.4* If I could give this zero stars I would Logs you out, says people have tried contacting you when they haven’t, doesn’t give you a heads up to join the waiting room, tells you 10 mins when in reality it’s an hour, then when you do finally get into the app waiting room it literally boots you out, logs you out of the system and says error when you try to log back in Complete waste of time! Don’t bother with it Disgrace in this day and age with technology so advanced and especially considering the premiums people are paying for GeoBlue this is a shambles ### 1/5 — New version keeps crashing *2022-05-09, version 1.3* Can’t even login. Something went wrong.”. ### 1/5 — Won't connect to wireless network *2020-04-05, version 1.2* I need to use this app to get a new prescription but I cannot even sign up due to it automatically turning it's wireless settings off. I can only guess it was too expensive to support so they just stopped and haven’t updated any of the GeoBlue materials or other apps. They need to stop linking to this thing. Then the desktop version doesn’t offer a Telehealth option and refers back to the app which doesn’t even work. I’m contacting my employer to look into the contract we have with this application. ### 1/5 — Expect to Unalive Using This *2024-07-09, version 1.4* It rarely works! When it does, you’re usually connected to a doctor who’s not even in the country. It’ll take about 2-3 days to get a prescription sent to a local pharmacy. Connection is often bad and will be garbled the whole time or just disconnect. ### 1/5 — This app is useless in a time of need. *2024-06-10, version 1.4* I get an error when I use my account number. Talked to a super nice and helpful doctor. ### 4/5 — Never Works! *2023-04-12* I have done everything possible to speak with someone about this useless app, with no results. Despite being registered, and having the correct log in credentials, I always get an error message. It hasn’t stopped me from purchasing GeoBlue travel insurance, as the core product is more important. But it’s unacceptable that the IT department at GeoBlue doesn’t fix this. Thank you. ### 2/5 — Great program, bad UI *2026-03-27, version 1.6.2* User interface is bad - telemedicine requires a second app and account creation. Registration process is clumsy. ### 2/5 — Frustrating *2026-03-15, version 1.6.2* Even though this app is connected to BCBS you have to create a a new account rather than just have a direct sign in through BCBS. When I tried to copy my certificate number and paste it, it didn’t work. So I had to fund a paper and pen. The information that I had already entered didn’t save, so I had to restart making a new account. Then when I was emailed the link to activate my account it said “something went wrong.” I had to retry this 4 times. The app is not user friendly ### 2/5 — Useless in Japan *2025-10-21, version 1.6.1* I had no problem making an appointment and connecting but in the country I was traveling in (Japan), a prescription from a foreign doctor is useless. You’re much better off finding an English-speaking travel clinic. ### 2/5 — Lots of bugs *2025-10-19, version 1.6.1* Would be cool if this was simply an element of the Geo Blue app, rather than a separate app that you need to register for. The biggest bug I found is when signing up, I’d fill the first page of info out, then go to Page 2 where it asked for my Geo Blue number.
