It said that my account was cancelled and I should contact administrator which I did. I was put on hold for 30 minutes, transferred to web support, uninstalled and reinstalled app, on hold again for 34 minutes. They finally came back and said they have no access to the app. They offered an email address that I had already contacted with a number that directed me right back where I started this fiasco. What ridiculous customer support! Do better BCBS of Michigan. Do better! ### 1/5 — Disconnect *2022-12-19* I can not access the app from my phone . It thinks that steps are the only exercise worth tracking. It will grab steps from Apple Health, but no other app. There is no way to record other exercise. It is best described as a chat app, not a health fitness app. ### 3/5 — Too many notifications *2023-11-22* Was recommended this app as a way to have a messaging system with our BCBS nurse card manager. I’ve found that the app works well for that. Otherwise it appears designed for the patient and not family coordinating care. Managing multiple notifications regarding step trackers, etc, primarily geared towards the patient themselves, is tedious. There should be a setting you can enable at first use that disables all the extra notifications and features, customizing the app for a caregiver or family member. ### 3/5 — Five stars when accessible *2023-01-07* I love this app…when it is working. Unfortunately, there have been enough times, where I can’t access this app, that it is forcing me to give it no more than a three star rating. I can definitely see stars falling off of that if the app doesn’t become reliable soon. Great concept, but fix it. She’s explained so much to me about my illness, my rights, the reasons for the meds I’m being prescribed. She’s encouraging and has even helped me talk to my PCP. She’s reminded me of the importance of trying not to miss a dose of the medication. Most recently I’ve developed an allergy to the sun. I was trying to work through it not able to put all the symptoms together. This went on for several months. She patiently kept listening to me. It finally came together. My Celxia was the culprit. Now as we come to the end of this nightmare. I want to give her the biggest shout out! Anyone getting her services is blessed to have an angel like her to have your back.
