However I also asked that a plastic card be mailed. Upon hitting Submit I did not get confirmation that a card would be sent, the app does not respond. I have no idea why because my insurance is still with blue cross but for some reason every time I try to log in I get an error about an unexpected technical error. The only way I’m able to view my policy information is on the website now. It’s been like this for nearly a year. My phone is the most recent model and my iOS and apps are always up to date. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling. I’ve tried turning off Face ID log in. Tried manually plugging in my user id and password. I can’t use the app at all.
