No Face ID *2026-07-01* This app is really good!! Lots of beneficial information bout coverage and claims. BUT, disappointed that I have to use my password each time I login. Would love BCBS to include the Face ID option to log in. ### 2/5 — Does not work in landscape mode on iPad. *2025-08-06* It takes very little effort to make the program completely iPad compatible, but the effort was not put in to make it work in landscape mode.
