All of a sudden I cannot sign in😂

The BCCLS system has been around for a long time. The website itself has the interface from about 2008, is not mobile friendly, and would not load after about ten minutes so I tried the app. I was able to login okay, however, when I tried to search a book to see if it was available, the title was not found. This is a book in a popular series and is currently on available as audiobook on Libby as there is a long hold time for the e-book.

Not sure what happened. The look changed and now I can’t find books in the app that I can find on the library’s website…

I love being able to see all my loans and holds, but the reading tracker does not work well. The Awards tab is blank even though I've added in pages read. The New Session tab only works sometimes and doubles some of my entries. Would love to see the reading tracker improved or taken off and replaced with something better!

Please eliminate the Reading Tracker. It’s not user friendly and there isn’t incentive to use it. Would much rather have a list that I can save of books I’d like to read in the future or for next round of borrowing. That would be really useful. Also, I used to be able to search by tags such as “board books” not sure what happened to that but I found that useful in discovering books for my toddler.

This app is a great start but I'd like to see more. Such as access to my lists and a more robust search feature.

Great app. Glad I can search and reserve books through the app without logging into a browser. I have a huge list of saved books via the browser that don’t show on the app. I’ve searched every possible way, but can’t figure out a way to create a list that shows both on the app and the browser. Huge flaw imo.

Great library app but up until recently you could see your number in the queue for holds. Is it 100 or 10? It’s a big difference. Please bring back!
