Don’t waste your time . Only giving 1 star because I have to to allow comment in ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2022-01-23, version 5.1* It sas to download the new version but there is no download’ so I deleted the app and re downloaded it and still sas update the app. So I have insurance I can’t use. Even all the doctors on your list say they can’t see me for 7 to 8 months what is the point of having insurance you can only see a doctor 1 time a year with? Health insurance should not be mandatory when the healthcare system can not be trusted and has such poor service. ### 1/5 — Upgrade Where?!?!? *2022-01-20, version 5.1* Faulty. Quite literally is a non-functional app for patients. When downloaded it says the latest version must be installed and does not allow you to move forward. Does not work. It says "Error retrieving data" whether you log in or try to register. Is the app even communicating with the server?! This app clearly needs work, and I haven't even been able to use enough to see if there are other functionality issues. Might be even worse once I log in. For questions, call Member Services at (1-800-228-8554) [LG1600000]” Considering the app itself hasn’t been updated in at least a year, I don’t see any hope of this getting fixed. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Beware: Defunct app last updated 3yr ago *2026-05-25, version 5.8* This app is not developed by blue cross blue shield. Login does not work “error occurred” is the only response. If you try to reset your password it requests your member ID then says you don’t exist. No options to contact developer, or report non-functional app. The low number of downloads and all 1 star point to something fishy going on with its functionality and be found it more effective and efficient to go through the website at www.mibluecrosscomplete.com. ### 1/5 — Literally doesn’t work *2025-09-26, version 5.8* You’d have to log in on a desktop browser instead.
