I frequently check ride options, but if the wait time is too long, I exit the app WITHOUT confirming the booking. However, on several occasions, the app has gone ahead and booked the ride anyway—and even marked me as a no-show a few times. ### 1/5 — Poor *2025-08-19, version 4.22.2* After I cancelled my ride, I was told over the phone it was still booked after the app was still processing my request!
