BCRV, is a full version of our desktop application and while the size of the screen does mean some compromises, you can do most everything right here in the palm of your hand. If you are using an iPad we suggest you use our full browser version because it is designed for that size screen natively. Send texts, manage email, view your MyDay, check and add inventory and so much more. From your inbox to your lead pools, The CRM allows you to get to work and stay at work all the time, anytime. Note: This app will ask for location access to be able to help management of your dealership understand when you are available to take a customer and when you are out on a test drive. The builder knows about all the glitches in their app and has done nothing to fix it for the past year. The calibration on the screen is off, so anytime you try to click on an icon it always hits the wrong one. If you need to correct any typing, it’s nearly impossible to move the cursor to the correct line. The app times out constantly and can take forever to load. My guess is that this builder has a long-term contract with our company, and therefore no-incentive to improve their app. ### 1/5 — Need a way to share customers *2026-03-22* The mobile app is so weak. I need a way to be able to share customer profiles on the chat with employees like you can do on the computer. ### 1/5 — Hot steamy garbage *2024-10-09* Just riddled with bugs and/or bad UI. For a company (TheCRM) that prides themselves on tech/AI, and being a leader in CRMs, this app is laughable. You can tell it’s an afterthought for them at this point. ### 2/5 — Could be better *2024-06-28* Formatting messages and uploading pics/videos are not fluid. Hitting enter sometimes deletes a line and sometimes it deletes text. Still can’t figure out how the rating system works to best work through my customers. Wish there was a way to search specific notes I’ve made about the customers to reach back out to them ### 1/5 — Not working *2023-03-20* Currently not working for mobile.
