## What is BCS Connect?

BCS Connect is the mobile companion to BCS, the retail media orchestration platform built for the in-store channel. It brings your network, campaigns and field teams together in one app. See what’s live, fix what isn’t and approve what plays next—from the office or the shop floor.

NETWORK AT A GLANCE

See the numbers that matter: touchpoints, stores, campaigns and screen health, each with its 30-day change.
Track media sales with billings against target, quarterly or half-year pacing, occupancy, weekly bookings and cancellations, top accounts, and network and category economics.
Switch between the networks you manage with a single tap.

FLEET AND TOUCHPOINTS

View every screen across the estate, with online units shown first and search by store, serial number or asset tag.
Open any unit for a quick view of its status, current content, schedule, media library and recent history.
Use Touchpoint Overview to see every touchpoint type, its stores, live campaigns, open tickets and compliance.

CAMPAIGNS AND PERFORMANCE

Find every campaign by status, date, account, brand or touchpoint, with its budget, placements and stores.
Open a campaign to review its placements, dates, store coverage, value and any outstanding actions.
Track performance by month or week, including revenue, paid and in-house occupancy, and breakdowns by touchpoint. Tap any figure to see the placements behind it.

SUPPORT

Track open and closed tickets by period, store, touchpoint, responsibility and assignee.
Monitor response and resolution SLAs, content status and ticket trends across the network.
Open any ticket to review its issues, notes and assignee, then add a comment directly from site.

CREATIVE APPROVALS

Review pending creative, templates and overlays, including every store-specific version.
Approve or reject creative with a comment, protected by two-step verification.

FIELD SERVICE

Open a visit using the link sent by your operations team. Installers don’t need a BCS account.
Follow a guided installation journey from serial number to sign-off: scan serial numbers and asset tags with the camera, link the unit, complete quality checks, and capture assembly and installation photos.
Maintain units already on the network with connectivity checks, on-screen screenshots, unit checks, snag reports and technician notes.
Recent visits stay on your phone, so you can pick up where you left off.

BUILT FOR THE STORE

BCS Connect speaks your network’s language: stores, touchpoints, trading periods and share of voice. It uses the same records as the BCS web platform, keeping every team aligned around the same information and numbers.

BCS Connect requires a BCS account or a visit link from your network operator.
