Pretty annoying to say the least, love this bank but disappointed in its technology and account accessibility. Hoping this is just a flaw of the update and that it’ll be fixed soon. ### 2/5 — No tablet interface? *2019-08-24, version 1.2.0* Looks to have been designed specifically for iPhones. App does not scale to fit screen and looks like it it emulating an iPhone. Uninstalling and using the web version. ### 3/5 — Functional app *2017-06-17, version 1.0.1* I like using this over the web version. For those having troubles logging out; I have a pin setup for my login and the app logs out as soon as you close it requiring the pin again. My issue is the opposite. I would like the app to stay logged in... at least for a small period of time so that I can quickly close the app and check bills from my email etc when I close the app it requires the pin again and I have to navigate the bcu app back to where I left. ### 2/5 — No log out! *2017-04-08, version 1.0.1* Can't log out!! Don't like not being able to see historical balances; ie the balance after each transaction. I like to see how much money I had left over from last pay. The bank really doesn’t care that it had issues and has locked us out. Might get back to us in 2-3 business days. Don’t use the app or the bank. Have never encountered any problems, even problem free updates. I have just updated App, and can’t get it to fully open. It opens then crashes. So easy to use and so feature rich that the team who put together this amazing piece of kit need to get an award. I would find it hard to change banks just based on the app alone.
