I’ve already tried deleting the app and downloading again, but it’s still the same. I even tried changing passwords, and still the same error. I am a software developer and i can assure you this company does not QA the app effectively. Being able to perform sanity tests on basic functions such as transfer should be P0. Fix this BDO!! If you are not ready to go PRODuction, then allow us to use the webapp at least! I am now stuck and i need to send money. Is the ProjectManager even reading this? Also she’s dying to end the conversation and the issue is not resolved. The procedure is not explained very well. She made a report the issue then have me waiting for another 7 days to receive a resolution. Just a resolution. And maybe few more days for them to fix an easy problem. Compared to other banks, BDO online services is way way worse. Actually, the worst. Since I cannot do online services, I withdrew all my money and transferred it to another bank. I’m in the US this last 3 years and lately this online transfer issue is becoming worse. I don’t know whats going but i need help or i’ll probably consider another bank if this continues to be a problem.
