Too many attempts required to get anything done. ### 4/5 — It keeps saying session expired *2025-02-17, version 1.6.0* I logged in on another device and completed verification with a OTP sent to my registered phone number. Yet, it keeps saying “SESSION EXPIRED. FOR YOUR SECURITY, WE HAVE LOGGED YOU OUT DUE TO INACTIVITY OR DUE TO LOGIN FROM ANOTHER DEVICE.” That’s what the password and OTP are for, right? Two-factor authentication? So why do I still get logged out all the time? I have changed password using the same device hoping it will recognise I’m changing it on the same NEW device and it will keep me logged in after. It should all be good after completing the TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION anyway. But no! It still says SESSION EXPIRED!!! What else do I have to do to keep me logged in when I change my device??? Why make things so hard for your clients? This is SOOOOOO UNACCEPTABLE!!! This is VERY DISAPPOINTING! VERY UPSETTING!!! ### 1/5 — Sent Online Payment Twice *2024-03-06, version 1.1.0* Encountered an issue. This maybe a bug in the app. The app sent my bill payment twice. The first one went successfully. The other there is no log for successful payment. BDO already deducted the amount from my account. I contacted BDO customer service 4 days ago via email but no response. ### 1/5 — ***SCAM BE CAREFUL*** *2024-01-27, version 1.0.1* APP ASKED YOU FOR YOUR BDO USER NAME AND PASSWORD 🔑 then SAYS “ACCOUNT temporarily locked . For security reasons we temporarily locked your account. RESET YOUR PASSWORD to unlock 🔓 it” I tried to contact the app developers on the apple link for BDO and could not reach a human by phone and there is no email 😳 ### 1/5 — Doesnt work for me *2024-01-04, version 1.0.1* It’s nice and all but none of the bdo apps work for me. Even the bdo online. Sending money to pther banks even to other bdo accounts or anywhere really, it just comes back unsuccessful all the time. Online banking works though but charges me 25 peso all the time which is a bit of a rip off. You can even login. It says use your login account frm your bdo online bankong but it would say “Your Account is Disabled”. A cursed application!
