It’s a complete scam and I’d much rather just be charged for water usage then do this ### 4/5 — Probably as good as possible? *2026-05-13, version 3.12.5* I personally don’t quite understand the existence of a third party app rather than direct tap to pay. It doesn’t seem to solve any problems, but I mean, it doesn’t create any. If I have to use the app in the first place, it should totally negate the need to push buttons on the machine in my opinion. It’s absolutely doesn’t function accurately for the user. If had a better choice, you would not be getting my money. Alerts are always wrong, main page information is always wrong. Third time placing a review. App is seriously inconsistent. Notifications are NEVER accurate. Splash page is NEVER accurate. A person has to navigate several menus to get an idea if the machine they are using has actually finished. I make sure the app is updated in which it is and I close the app and go back into it again and it still doesn’t work. It’s a 15 second walk for me to get to the laundry room from my apartment. It can’t be difficult to just make your app tell me when the laundry is actually done. Immediately after it will send you to the home page. Then when you try to update again it’s the same very extremely silly circle. Have started to use the laundromat because it’s easier and cheaper. No buyers remorse, rather landlord “verified” service that’s overpriced and washers and dryers hardly ever get serviced. -1/10 would highly not recommend. ### 1/5 — Feature removed and for what *2024-11-28, version 2.27.3* There once was an add more time feature for the dryer. It was nice because you didn’t have to pay for 50 minutes when you only need 10. Removing this feature is an absolute waste of money, time, energy. Now it looks like someone is drying when in reality no one is. If I only have less than 10.00 to do emergency laundry. This app won’t let you load less than $10.00 even if you have enough for at least for 1 Washing cycle and 1 Drying cycle. That’s less than $5.00 for one load. To wash & dry. Do you know how easy you can change your load protocol?! (Rhetorical) Not everyone needs $10.00 for 1 load especially in an emergency situation. Guess they’ve never been strapped for cash on a card. The machine doesn’t have coin operation or the option to swipe. Just the app. Make that make sense. ### 1/5 — Sets a new low bar for functionality. Horrible. HORRIBLE app. *2024-08-22, version 2.27.3* This is the worst app I’ve ever used in my life. It logs you out randomly (even in the middle of paying for laundry). Every step takes 5 minutes because of how slow it is. It works half the time, and there are constant errors: errors in the process, errors in the amount, errors in every single part. The worst part of doing laundry is using this app - and that’s really saying something. Our quarter jar may be sad, but not needing to go back to my unit every time I forgot them…priceless. Not sure when it switched, but the most recent UI has been really pleasant! There’s even a little widget for your Lock Screen that popped up (since the last time — just a couple weeks ago I swear it was different?!)
