But no one informed me that until I made a call to the bus counter. It was a horrible and embarrassing situation for me in front of my family. After I told them the situation all they do is say sorry and refund. If they provide the cancellation information at least one hour I can manage another bus. But I waited 12:15 to 4:30 for the next bus whereas it was too important to reach dhaka at night. Sorry and refund cannot make any changes because you cost the time. I will never use this platform and never ever suggest my friends as well. ### 1/5 — Bad app *2022-07-18* I didn’t saw anything by tapping bus timing and details.
