This controls the speaking of movements through a simple set of voice commands, the primary use case being when the user is riding their horse and wants to practice the test "hands free". Caller uses SFSpeechRecognizer and AVSpeechSynthesizer, it doesn't use Siri (although it does need the Siri local voice file).
