Staying on task seems is a real challenge for our screen-bound generation. The Be Focused lets you get things done by breaking up individual tasks among discrete intervals, separated by short breaks. It’s a surprisingly effective way to retain motivation and focus. Create tasks, configure breaks and track your progress throughout the day, week or custom period. I have the various GTD Areas (e.g., Leisure, Personal Household) and Contexts (e.g., Computer, Errand, House) as areas in Be-Focused. It lets me stay focused on the Context and figure out if I’m spending too much time on leisure activities. The breaks are great, because I do short 5 min exercises.

Knowing how I use it, having just a clock displayed when it’s not counting, or the ability to have a clock sit right in the corner would be awesome.
