It even helps me sleep at night. ### 5/5 — THE best hypnosis app out there!! *2012-07-15* You will NOT be disappointed if you download this app. I have purchased at least a dozen different apps in an attempt to get rid of my depression, anxiety, sadness and never ending negative thinking-all to no avail. But I must tell you in one short week I am finally coming out of the depression and have not had any anxiety in two days! YEAH ME! Glen Harrold is Amazing. I have never reached such a deep state of hypnosis and relaxation before now. I am certain I am now well on my to the fulfilling and happy life I have been searching for, for over twenty long years. The content was very good while it worked. It appears that many apps through this developer are having similar issues. Changing my rating to 5 stars with the latest app update correcting the issues with iOS5. Great content I would recommend to anyone. Best hypnotherapy Everrr! ### 5/5 — Pushes me over depression hump. *2011-07-02* I have had treatment resistant depression for over 14 years and have tried countless meds, treatments, and therapies. When I open my eyes when I first awaken, some days I am overwhelmed with depression and so disappointed to be starting my day in such a painful state. Before I even get out of bed, I listen to this app and it boosts me on top of it so I can start my day. I still take my meds, but I am thankful to say that this app works on the days that they fall short. It has improved the quality of my life and has given me days that would otherwise have been lost to depression. Not happy. **Developer response:** Hello. Sorry to hear this, please try re-installing the app. 1. Make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi and signed in with the same Apple ID. 2. On the home screen hold down the app icon for a few seconds and press X. This will uninstall the app. 3. Then go to the App Store and tap on More... then Purchased. Or on iPad just tap Purchased (bottom right). 4. Re-download the app. 5. Open the app. 6. Press Restore (top right) a few times. 7. You may find that turning your phone on and off again and then reopening the app fixes it. The voice is incredibly annoying it verges on patronising and sounds sarcastic making it far from relaxing. However, do I need to have a subscription to continue the use? Glen Harrold has another app that I am interested in and it contains several selections on different topics all in one. I read the reviews on it and some talk about having to have a subscription. When you see a plus next to the price, does that mean you have to purchase a subscription? I am new at buying apps. I would like to add some of his other apps but need clarification on the question of subscriptions first. It really does alter your mindset and helps you feel grateful for and happy with what you have rather than focusing on what you are missing.
