This studio has met all my needs. Strength, cardio, flexibility and peace. The staff is very welcoming. They know your name and make you feel at home. I have also been able to connect people, that I now can call friends. Coming from Southern California - I find so much peace and a great change of pace from Southern Utah at this beautiful studio. They have a great selection for being a Lululemon authorized retailer. They have the most wonderful staff around. The girls working at the desk are always so happy and lovely to talk to. All the classes are online and current, if there is a sub it's always listed. The studio has an energetic, smooth, lulu vibe, and is very much about creating a community and yoga tribe. The instructors are fantastic and well trained. Hot mat workouts have been revolutionary for my health issues with the sweating, the breathing, and being barefoot. This business is truly amazing - there are so many classes each day, and the app makes it easy to create your own schedule. The only complaint I have is that the sound vibrations the instructor did at the beginning and end of class were extremely loud I had to plug my ears... although I don’t know if that was because I was located nearby the speakers.
