## Most critical reviews (3 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Useless and confusing

*2026-08-28*

Doesn’t appear to do anything particularly meaningful, definitely not worthy of a subscription plan.

### 5/5 — Self-Positivity and Accountability

*2026-09-02*

Much of the world is negative, and that includes the way many of us talk to ourselves. That’s why I like this app, which helps me re-center myself around positivity and keeping myself accountable to my goals every day. This is a great app I hope to incorporate in my routine every day!

### 5/5 — Life changing

*2026-08-30*

I’ve started to incorporate this app in my daily routine and it has significantly improved my way of living. The self accountability aspect is something i’ve needed. Can be better with an alert system but overall love it
