## What is Be Moved PT and Pilates?

Be Moved Pilates offers group reformer and mat classes, as well as one-on-one and duet sessions. Be Moved Pilates offers small class sizes, creating a semi-private feel and allowing for higher quality instruction.  Pilates sessions take place in a large, sunlit room that is inviting, spacious and warm.  Our studio is welcoming to all members of the community to connect, feel empowered, and be moved to create the best version of themselves.
