I have been recommended this app by Scottish Friendly but it doesn’t load to allow log in.

I thought it would be a good app to have all my savings in, but beware if fee issues. When you login you must have access to your emails to get a verification code.  Slows down the login process.  Not to mention the payment screen does not use Apple Pay - you have to enter the whole debit card info. 

It is a shame that you made it more complicated than the direct website!

The website is much quicker and payments can be seamless.

Really like the app as it means I Cana access my benefits anywhere. However the design and functionality of the app is shocking. Half the time the pages don’t load properly and many offers seem out of date. The benefits and offers are great but feel like I am missing out as the app doesn’t function as it shouls

It’s much easier to get to my benefits now, as they are all available on the app and I don’t need to login on a laptop. So now I can get my savings when I’m out and about and can access the benefits in the evening when I have more time to look at them. Simple and easy to use.
