This app is so simple, yet beautifully crafted and so rewarding. We all forget to smile when things are not going great, but just getting this little nudge and smiling at my self for five seconds has dramatically improved my mood. And I always feel happy after smiling! — btw, I love the emoji confetti!!! Some times I smile twice in a row just to see it again 🤣

It's hard to believe that an exercise as simple as smiling really changes your mood throughout the day and Be Smiley nails it! 
Beautifully designed and very practical app! 🙂
