Your phone was designed to keep you scrolling. Be Still Card was designed to help you stop. Be Still Card is a physical NFC card that pairs with this app to block distracting apps and create intentional time for what matters most — your faith, your family, and your focus. HOW IT WORKS Tap your Be Still Card to the back of your iPhone to start a focus session. Choose from four modes — Prayer, Family Time, Sabbath, or Deep Work — set your duration, and your distracting apps are blocked until the session ends. No willpower required. The card does the work. FOUR FOCUS MODES • Prayer — Up to 1 hour of quiet time with God. Block everything except what draws you closer. • Family Time — Be present with the people who matter most. Block social media, games, and news during dinner, bedtime, or any moment worth protecting. • Sabbath — A full day of digital rest. Honor the rhythm God designed for you. • Deep Work — Undistracted focus for the work God has called you to. DAILY DEVOTIONALS Start each day with a two-minute Scripture-based devotional on presence, family, and faith. Every session includes a meditation verse to anchor your time. INTENTIONAL OVERRIDES Need to check something urgent? Use one of your limited overrides — but first, read a verse that asks: is this worth your attention right now? Be Still Card doesn't just block your apps. It changes how you think about reaching for your phone. TRACK YOUR JOURNEY See your hours reclaimed, maintain your Daily Walk streak, and watch your relationship with your phone transform over time. SMALL GROUPS & FAMILY Invite your spouse, kids, or small group to join you. Share accountability and encouragement as you pursue presence together. NO SUBSCRIPTION. EVER.
