## What is Be Timeful?

Most time trackers tell you where your hours went. Be Timeful shows you what's left.

Your day is a fixed budget - from the moment you wake to the moment you sleep. Be Timeful draws it as three rings that drain as the day passes: your week, your waking hours, and today. Watch the last hour turn red and you start to feel the day differently.

FREE, FOREVER

- Rings that count down, not up. Time remaining is the number that changes what you do next.
- A day that runs wake to sleep. Set your hours once, adjust any single day. Late nights past midnight still belong to the day they started.
- Log in seconds. Fill the last 15 minutes, half hour, or hour with one tap - or backfill any block later.
- See the gaps. Your timeline shows the unlogged stretches instead of hiding them. That's where the time actually goes.
- Close out the day. Rate how it felt, add a line about it, and look back over your last week.

BE TIMEFUL+

One subscription unlocks the hindsight layer:

- Insights. Weekly completion, streaks, category breakdowns, and how your hours line up with how your days felt.
- Your full journal. The 60-day look-back, not just the last week. Nothing you log is ever deleted either way.
- Apple Health suggestions. A later wake time on mornings you slept in, or a workout you already recorded, added with one tap. It only ever suggests - and nothing from Health ever leaves your iPhone.
- Your Lock Screen. A widget keeps today's ring one glance away, and a wind-down Live Activity counts the evening down on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT

Be Timeful works fully without an account, and everything stays on your device. There are no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking in the app at all. Payments are handled by Apple - we never see them. Backup & Sync is optional, exists only to move your history between your own devices, and can be deleted permanently from Settings at any time.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-08-24

Fixes a bug where settings could revert after closing the app - most visibly the Apple Health suggestion toggles, which would switch themselves back off. Your preferences now stick. If Sleep Schedule Suggestions turned itself off for you, switch it on once and it will stay on.

Be Timeful will also tell you now if it has never been able to read your Health data, instead of appearing connected while quietly seeing nothing.

Sleep in, doze back off, get up late - Be Timeful now follows a morning return to sleep, so the wake-time suggestion from Apple Health matches when you actually got up, not the first time you stirred.
