Wellcraft’s brand is so soft & feminine, so I would have never assumed these 30 minute length shorter classes than I’m used to were going to kick my a*# in the athletic way it does. If you’ve been feeling like you’ve hit a plateau, your usual cardio and strength isn’t cutting it lately or you crave a deeper focus on core and booty you can’t go wrong with these workouts. Elaine’s sweet deliver of her spicy workouts combine barre type of workouts with years of classic pilates teaching and hardcore knowledge. The secret sauce is in her sequencing of the moves. I’m finding these shorter classes more frequently are snapping my leftover mom tummy areas quickly and I always get a good laugh when her unique style has me powering through when here I thought I was strong to begin with.
