## What is Be?

most days blur together. you know what matters, but the day moves on before you name it.
Be is a quiet daily ritual. one question in the morning, one reflection in the evening. that's it.

— morning —
a question appears: "what matters most to you today?" you answer in one sentence. the question rotates each day so it stays fresh — seven different ways of asking the same thing.

— evening —
the app shows what you wrote that morning and asks: "how'd it go?" you reflect honestly, in a few words. then the day closes.

— that's the whole app —
no tasks. no streaks. no scores. no badges. no feeds. no AI. no social features. no nudging, no congratulating, no guilt. Be is a mirror, not a productivity tool.

— private by design —
your words stay on your device. no accounts, no login, no cloud, no analytics, no tracking. nothing leaves your phone. ever.

— details —
• one morning question, seven variations that rotate daily
• one evening reflection
• gentle reminders you can set or turn off
• past entries in a quiet archive
• today widget for your lock screen
• apple watch complication
• light and dark mode
• voice dictation (on-device)
• works offline, always

Be doesn't try to make you more productive. it asks you to notice what matters — once in the morning, once in the evening — and let the day speak for itself.
