Said password needs to contain special characters. Entered special characters, but then I got a message saying there was an issue creating the account. Tried to finish account sign up and says email already taken. Try to login and says user not verified. No way to contact support from app. ### 2/5 — Harder than it needs to be to order *2021-05-09, version 1.0.3* I like that the app exists. However not using Apple Pay and requiring me to enter payment info is a pain. Unnecessary. Also when you hit the back button too many times it does not warn you before discarding the item you are customizing requiring you to start over. It was also hard to find sides so I gave up on that. I suggest they give the app to a person who has never ordered and watch them try. It takes quite a bit of time to get an order put together, especially for multiple people. With that said, though, there is still convenience to being able to order through the app instead of in the store, especially when you have kids. Hopefully they will put some time into updating the app to reflect current industry standards. ### 3/5 — Update to App needed *2023-02-14, version 1.0.4* This review is just about the app because the food has always been great. Problem is with my busy schedule, I wish the app would support Apple Pay (and other forms of similar payments for those not on iPhones). For some reason, many times the app would not accept my Amex charge and UI where you enter your CC info does not scale up making the fonts too small and hard to read. With all the restaurant/fast food choices available, I am hoping Beach Hut Deli will improve the app to make the ordering process much easier. In addition, the app just looks VERY dated. Please improve your app Beach Hut Deli!!! You’ll get more orders!! I’ll change my rating to 5 stars if this happens. ### 3/5 — Crappy app *2023-01-23, version 1.0.4* Your sandwich is great, love you guys, and I love to support a local business.
