After dipping the strip from a water sample collected 18 inches below the surface of the spa and waiting 15 seconds and then scanning the strip three times in the next 30 seconds I get inconsistent readings off by as much as 60 PPM per scan. These inaccuracies can cause you to needlessly dump chemicals into your water, causing mass swings in your results. This is very frustrating for new hot tub owners who are trying to learn how to balance their water. Impossible to do with this app. The strips are not expired and we’re stored properly. Tried so many times without it working, that I ended up deleting it.
